Vertical Vegetables

Vertical structures save space, increase yields, make harvesting easier and add interest to the garden; any vegetable that vines, climbs, twirls or sprawls can be grown “up”. Master Gardener Patty Leander will share varieties of beans, cucumbers, squash, tomatoes, peas and even small melons that be grown on a vertical support, with plenty of practical tips and photos for inspiration.

Seminar is free and open to the public. No RSVP is required.

Zilker park entrance fee is $2 per adult, $1 per child (ages 3-12) or seniors (age 62 & over),  $3 for non-Austin Residents. Cash or check accepted.
